Kiddos this is what I/we know at the moment:
- The 2020 - 2021 Season will not start playing competitive games until the Spring of 2021.
- Fall of 2020 is only "Tryouts & Practice time"
- Joseph Vucic will be your new head coach this year.

2019-2020 OeSL PLayoffs
We don't know yet which &/or how many of our teams will make the playoffs. However, it's looking promising that several of our teams will make the playoffs. The playoffs will be held at & on:

Mr. Gravitt's Schedule of after school activities
PCN Panthers Gaming Room
Smash Bros, Rocket League, and Madden being played on our flat screens and projector.
Assembling all the tables and chairs, took us minute to get them all done. About 40 minutes a piece to assemble each of them.
Fixing to paint the last 3 walls Black! A black classroom, I was a little worried about the decision to paint it black, but it turned out great!

Gaming PC's assembled by the PC IT department are great!
Cleaning out the game room, unboxing everything, and setting up all the computers. There were so many boxes!

Oklahoma eSports League Games 2019-2020
Match Play
- Played both in person and remotely
- OeSL Grand Championship will determine overall state champion.
- State champion will be declared in each game.
- Best of three matches. Each win earns 1 point
- Both wins and loses will be tracked.

We attended the Smash Bros Western Regional Competition at Oklahoma City University on December 7th 2019.
Student Code of Conduct
Eligibility: Coaches are required to monitor the academic progress for all eSport athletes as only students in good academic standing are allowed to participate in any match including the playoffs. Any student athlete that is failing any course will be placed on probation for one week. If the student is failing any course the subsequent week, then that student will be determined to be ineligible to participate in any matches. The coach is required to monitor academic progress prior to submitting the roster prior to the match.
Roster Posting: Coaches must post a roster prior to the start of any matches. Coaches are also required to ensure that the student athlete that is registered to participate in the match is the actual player and that a “substitute” is not participating.
Cheating: Breaking any rule and any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a Forfeit of a Game, Match, or Ban from OeSL after an official investigates the claim.
Unsportsmanlike Behavior: Punishable unsportsmanlike behavior includes, but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language, and bullying.
Concessions: Teams may request that they be allowed to concede victory of a Game. Teams may request that their opponent not receive a Forfeit penalty. A Tournament Official must be contacted with these requests.
Abuse: Verbal and/or written abuse of a Tournament Official will not be tolerated through any medium. This includes, but is not limited to, voice communications in game, voice messages, live support chats, , Twitter, Facebook, etc. Violators of this rule may be disqualified from Tournament play.
Settings: The hosting team will forfeit the game where the incorrect setting(s) affected the game.
Restricted Teams and/or Playbooks: Use of any restricted Madden team or playbook will result in the loss of that game for the violating tournament team.
Equipment: Players may not use a Turbo controller, a Button Macro controller or Keyboard/Mouse. Turbo controllers allow Players to press a button that results in their Character performing a set of actions that would normally require the Player to press the same button multiple times. Button Macro controllers allow Players to press a button that results in their Character performing a set of actions that would normally require the Player to press multiple buttons. The team using the ineligible equipment will forfeit that games of the match it was used on.
Modified Console/Hacks/Mods: Use of a modified/jail broken console, in game hacks, and/or mods will result in the immediate disqualification of that team and/or a suspension for up to the remainder of the season.
Lack of Cooperation: Failing to comply with Support Staff’s directions and/or requests may result in the forfeit of round(s), a map, or the entire match. Verbal or written abuse of a staff member may result in forfeiture, suspension, and/or disciplinary action at school.
Warnings: Tournament Officials may issue a Warning for infractions including, but not limited to, the use of profane words or phrases, discussion of controversial religious/political topics, threats/implied violence, lack of punctuality, and failure to follow tournament staff instructions. All warnings and penalties are given to the team, not the individual player. Teams may also be warned or incur a penalty for repeated warnings in regards to the same rule. Depending on the severity of the action or conduct by a player, multiple warnings may be handed out for a single infraction, up to and including bypassing warnings and resulting in an immediate penalty.
